Fly Santa Fe

The Santa Fe Regional Airport (SAF) offers nonstop flights from Denver, Dallas, and now Phoenix —making for an easy getaway to The City Different. American Airlines offers nonstop daily flights to Santa Fe from Dallas/Fort Worth and also nonstop, daily service to Santa Fe from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Once you arrive in Santa Fe you can find two car rental agencies—Avis and Hertz—so you can begin your Santa Fe adventure right away. There are also a number of car rental companies located throughout Santa Fe.
The airport terminal building at the Santa Fe Regional Airport offers a variety of services for the traveling public. You’ll find a full service restaurant, airline self-service kiosks, rental car counters, and an [blog_link url="https://www.roadrunnershuttleandcharter.com/" text="independent airport shuttle service" date="2018-04-24"]. [blog_link url="https://newmexicoblackcar.com/" text="The New Mexico Black Car taxi service " date="2018-04-24"] offers one way transportation to and from the Santa Fe Regional Airport to the downtown area. Hit The Rails

You can also get to Santa Fe by taking the [blog_link url=" https://www.amtrak.com/servlet/ContentServer?pagename=am/am2Station/Station_Page&code=LMY" text="Amtrak train" date="2018-04-24"] which stops in Lamy, New Mexico, just 18.5 miles from Santa Fe. The [blog_link url="https://www.roadrunnershuttleandcharter.com/" text="RoadRunner Shuttle and Charter" date="2018-04-24"] is your shuttle service to Santa Fe. One way service is $40 per adult.
Hitching A Ride In The City Different

Santa Fe also offers other ways to get around The City Different with comfort and ease.
If you arrive in Albuquerque and decide to take the [blog_link url="http://nmrailrunner.com/" text="New Mexico Rail Runner" date="2018-04-24"] into Santa Fe, you’ll know you’re at the Rail Runner’s Santa Fe Depot terminal when you notice bustling activity, an active farmers market, restaurants and cafés, and a range of retail offerings. Once you have arrived at the Santa Fe Depot in the Santa Fe Railyard you can use the free [blog_link url="https://www.santafenm.gov/santa_fe_pickup_shuttle" text="Santa Fe Pick-Up Shuttle" date="2018-04-24"] service to start your Santa Fe adventure. Visitors can take the shuttle when they want a fast way to get around downtown, Museum Hill and Canyon Road. Two shuttles run daily. The shuttle service starts and ends in front of the Jean Cocteau Cinema on Montezuma Avenue and runs counter-clockwise with various stops around downtown. The service runs every 30 minutes.

Take the [blog_link url="https://www.santafenm.gov/route_maps_and_schedules" text="Santa Fe Trails" date="2018-04-24"] bus at any of the convenient bus stops around the city. There’s service every 15 minutes, so you’re sure to be in the midst of Santa Fe’s famous attractions in no time—including special events on the Plaza! Plus, from the downtown Sheridan Avenue Transit Center, you can connect to Route “M” that takes you within a short walk of Canyon Road and directly to Museum Hill—home to four distinct and diverse world-class museums. Avoid the congestion and the hassle of finding parking when you attend major events in Santa Fe like Spanish Market, Indian Market, the burning of Zozobra and the Canyon Road Farolito Walk. The Santa Fe Trails provides free bus service on these special event days.

If you’re headed to the plaza or your favorite restaurant, you can the use the Uber app which will connect you with a reliable ride in minutes. One tap and a car comes directly to you. Your driver will know exactly where to go. And your payment is completely cashless. Lyft is another ride sharing option in The City Different. The Lyft app will match you with friendly drivers at the tap of button. You can also pay through your phone.
Other Modes of Transportation In Santa Fe
Be sure to take advantage of other ways of getting around in Santa Fe. Thinking of riding a bike around town? [blog_link url=" https://mellowvelo.com/ " text="Mellow Velo" date="2018-04-24"] is an independent bicycle dealer in the heart of Santa Fe’s Historic Downtown. They offer a diverse bike fleet and provide expert route advice and maps for adventures both on and off road. Rental rates start at $30 per day.
[blog_link url="http://ecomotivebikes.com/" text="Eco Motive Bikes" date="2017-03-14"] is in the Santa Fe Railyard area and rents electric bikes starting at $40 a day. Bicycles are a great way to see Santa Fe, conserve gas, ease traffic congestion, simplify parking, and are just great fun! Once you have rented your bike, you are ready to ride the paths and trails located in and around our city.
Park and Stroll

Santa Fe has six [blog_link url="http://www.santafenm.gov/parking_lots_and_garages" text="parking lots and garages" date="2018-04-24"] to take advantage of. Rates run $1 for the first hour and $2 for the second hour and each hour after that. Metered parking spots in downtown Santa Fe are＄2 an hour and are in operation from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays.
