Align with the New Year: A Yoga, Intention & Sound Ceremony, is a special two-hour SoundWellness experience.
Together, we’ll explore the symbolic themes of 2027—intuition, connection, balance, and inspiration—through gentle Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, and guided intention setting. We’ll connect with the traditional symbolism of moonstone, gather in a heart-centered healing circle, and close with an immersive gong sound journey.
You’ll have space to reflect on what you’re ready to release, what you want to nurture, and how you wish to show up in the year ahead. You’ll also take home a moonstone as a personal reminder of your intention. This is an opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life, reconnect with yourself, and begin the year feeling grounded, renewed, and inspired. This event is open to all levels. Yoga mats, blankets and props are provided.
