Submit an Event in Santa Fe

If you know of a Santa Fe-based event that would be of interest to Santa Fe visitors and would like to post the event on the santafe.org Events Calendar, please use the form below to submit the event.

Note: If you represent a Santa Fe business and have an account on santafe.org, login to the Partner Portal to submit the event through your account; otherwise, use the form below.

GUIDELINES FOR SUBMITTING EVENTS:

  1. The event must be held in Santa Fe County.
  2. Events should be open to the public. "Member-only" events cannot be posted to the event calendar. The general public must be able to attend, though admission can be charged for posted events.
  3. Events must have scheduled dates and the dates must be posted on the organizer's website. Recurring classes, workshops, and tours will not be considered events and will not be approved. We recommend that businesses utilize the description in your Business Listing to promote the various classes, workshops, and tours that are currently being offered.

 

All submitted events will go through an approval process before it is posted. A member of the TOURISM Santa Fe team will review the information before approving the submission. You will be notified if your event cannot be approved.
