Working with TOURISM Santa Fe
TOURISM Santa Fe wants to help your business maximize your exposure on santafe.org. To get started, you must first create an account. You will then begin the process of creating a new Business Listing. Upon approval, you will be provided with login information for the Partner Portal which will allow you to manage your account, Business Listing, Events, Special Offers, and Meeting Planning Services.
CREATE AN ACCOUNT AND BUSINESS LISTING
*Be sure to have all of the information listed below available prior to creating an account. You will need to complete the forms in their entirety during this process. You will not be able save a draft and continue.

To create an account on santafe.org, you will need the following information:
- Contact First and Last Name
- Contact E-mail
- Business Name
- Business Address, City, State and Zip
*If your business does not have a physical location, add "n/a" in the Address 1 field.
- Business Phone
After creating an account, you will begin the process of creating a Business Listing. To create a Business Listing, you will need the following:
- Business Image: A high resolution photo of your business to be displayed on your Business Listing.
- Business Description: Provide a written description of your business to be displayed on your Business Listing.
- Santa Fe Business License: Any tourism-related business with a City of Santa Fe business license may add a free Business Listing to santafe.org.
After completing the forms, click Submit. It may take several minutes to submit the forms. When they are successfully submitted, a confirmation page will be displayed and you will receive an email with your login information.
TOURISM SANTA FE PARTNER PORTAL
The Partner Portal is the dashboard where you will manage your Account, Business Listings, Events, Special Offers, and Meeting Planning Services. A few tips are provided below. For detailed instructions on managing your account, please refer to our Quick Start Guide.
The Profile section displays your organization's information, such as Contacts and Account details. Amenities, Meeting Spaces, and Social Media links can be managed through the Accounts tab.
Listings, Specials, Events and Media
The following may be managed in this section:
Business Listings: Any tourism-related business with a City of Santa Fe business license may add a free Business Listing to santafe.org. This section allows you to update your business description and categories.
Special Offers: Once you have an approved Business Listing, you may add Special Offers to each of your Business Listings. The offer must contain a discount or something free to visitors for a specified duration of time.
Calendar of Events: Any tourism-related organization with an account on santafe.org may add an event to the Event Calendar. You do not need a Santa Fe Business License to submit events to the calendar.
Media (i.e. images and videos): Add your images and YouTube links in this section.
Note: All updates and edits will require approval from Tourism Santa Fe. Upon saving your updates, Tourism Santa Fe will be notified of your changes and will review and approve.
