Santa Fe is on the ballot in category of “Best City,” multiple hotels, spas also nominated

The City of Santa Fe is seeking the support of the local community and past visitors as the city and its tourism partners are once again on the ballot for Travel + Leisure’s World’s Best Awards, an annual reader’s choice poll by one the nation’s most influential travel publications. Voting is open now through May 10, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. Readers can vote once per email address, per category, and there is no cost to do so. Winners will be announced later in 2021.

Each year, the readers of Travel + Leisure — the largest travel media brand in the United States, with an audience of 8.1 million — share their thoughts on destinations, city hotels, resorts, and more in the World’s Best Awards survey. Santa Fe has historically done well in these polls, through the great support of the community and Travel + Leisure’s readers. In previous years, Santa Fe has finished as high as #2 in the category of “Best Cities in the United States.”

“Supporting our tourism partners through national surveys like this is one of the best things we can do for the hospitality industry right now,” said TOURISM Santa Fe Executive Director Randy Randall. “This is a fantastic way to acknowledge your favorite Santa Fe hotels and spas as they safely welcome more guests back. To be recognized as some of the best in the country and world always means a lot for our partners, but even more so this year. ”
